Return & Exchange Policy

Other than as described in this Return Policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of products shipped to your address within 7 to 30 days from the date of delivery, depending on the item. Please check the product details page for the specific return policy applicable to your purchase.
To be eligible for return, you must have the products ready in hand, and merchandise must be in its original unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation (including certification, if certified). Returns must also include the return invoice which will be generated along with your return label.
Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Once received, our team will inspect your return within five business days of receipt, and if approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will typically be issued within five days of approval via the method of payment used for the original purchase.
Special orders and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for cancel, return, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or is materially different from what was promised in the product description.
Shipping and handling fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail us at ansh@thelocaljewel.com or go to the past orders section of your account to receive your return label.
International Returns
To initiate a return from outside of the United States, please e-mail us at ansh@thelocaljewel.com.
Additional shipping charges and customs clearance charges, taxes, or duties may be incurred for returns originating outside of the United States. TheLocalJewel is not responsible for delays caused as a result of the customs process.
Once your shipping label has been generated, you will have seven days to have your package scanned at a local FedEx Location. Packages without a return shipping invoice or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund.
TheLocalJewel and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations. Please be sure to obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped—this receipt will act as proof of insurance.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or e-mail us at ansh@thelocaljewel.com within 2 business days of receipt. TheLocalJewel is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
To Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please e-mail us at ansh@thelocaljewel.com.
We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in a shipping delay. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
