Yes. Every center diamond is independently certified by IGI or GIA, and the full certificate ships with your piece. You can verify the report number directly on the grading lab's website.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Absolutely. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — the only difference is origin. They're graded on the same 4C scale by the same labs, at a fraction of the price.
